Your role
We are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Director level, Due Diligence Lead to oversee all due diligence activities relating to the acquisition of new technologies. You will be part of a newly formed team and will lead on all scientific and technical due diligence processes for potential partnering, acquisitions, or licensing deals relating to different technologies types including but not limited to, Platfrom Technologies, Companion Diagnostics, Drug Delivery, AI and other discovery technologies. The role will require you to utilise your own expertise, as well as the expertise of other internal and external experts to deliver full due diligence assessments to senior management to support key investment decision making.
Who you are - Minimum Requirements

PhD, PharmD or MD with relevant experience in R&D/Technology in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.

A professional with deep understanding of the pharmaceutical development process with credible hands-on R&D experience ideally in an area requiring significant understanding of applicable technologies.

A Program Leader with at least 8 years experience and demostrable track record of leading multidisciplinary global matrix project teams in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

A curious drug development leader who may have conducted Due Diligence activities as part of your current position who wishes to move into a critical R&D business role aimed and delivering new treatments to patients.

Someone comfortable working as a sole contributor.

Able to be successful working in a highly matrixed organisation.

Experience working at a global level.
