We'd love to meet you<b><span>!</span></b></span></p><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span>The team</span></b></p><p><span>Demand Fulfillment (DF) is an essential part of the Supply Chain. The team functions as a connection between manufacturing and customers. Our customers are located in the EMEA region and vary from internal distribution centers to external parties like wholesalers. The department coordinates the supply and any potential supply disruptions from a market facing position. As a central node between supply and demand, we ensure a correct flow of demand from our customers to the production sites. </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Reporting to the Manager Demand Fulfillment (DF), the DF Specialist is responsible to monitor and enable compliant, continuous, and timely supply to our customers. In addition, the DF Specialist is responsible for overarching activities, projects, and processes as part of SCM. </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>The role</span></b></p><p><span>The DF Specialist builds and maintains relationships with the assigned customers and with the relevant internal stakeholders such as Site Planning, Site Logistics, E2E Planning, Global Logistics, Finance and Quality. </span></p><p><span>The DF Specialist acts as primary contact for the customer. He/she takes care of forecast and order management, coordinates supply of product and related services and looks after inventory management.  This is all done with the objective to reach maximum customer satisfaction, at optimal cost, ensuring the best possible supply chain performance in compliance with established guidelines and procedures.</span></p><p><span>In addition, the DF Specialist, based on solid SCM process and system expertise, plays a key role in supply constraint resolution, data analysis, continuous improvement, projects, training, and coaching.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities</span></b></p><p><span>Primary activities include, but are not necessarily limited to:</span></p><p></p><p><span>ACCOUNT &amp; COMMUNICATION:</span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span>       </span> </span></span></span><span>Acting as primary contact of internal HH customers or external B2B customers in regards of demand and supply</span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span>       </span> </span></span></span><span>Ensuring adequate communication to internal and external customers and process stakeholders</span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span>       </span> </span></span></span><span>Leading Market/Customer Tier 2 meetings and contributing to Market/Customer S&amp;OP process</span></p><p></p><p><span>DEMAND:</span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span>       </span> </span></span></span><span>Ensuring timely receipt and correct processing of customer orders and/or timely generation and processing of stock transfer orders</span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span>       </span> </span></span></span><span>Ensuring timely receipt and correct processing of forecast from customers. Monitor forecast consumption</span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span>       </span> </span></span></span><span>Coordinating with supply chain stakeholders regarding significant demand events and developments</span></p><p></p><p><span>SUPPLY:</span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span>       </span> </span></span></span><span>Coordinating regular supply-related activities to enable compliant and timely supply of product to <span><span><span>market(s)/customer(s)</span></span></span></span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span>       </span> </span></span></span><span>Identifying and mitigating supply issues. Supporting supply issue remediation above market/account level e.g. on franchise level</span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span>       </span> </span></span></span><span>Participating in Supply Tier 1-4 meetings</span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span>       </span> </span></span></span><span>Informing customer(s) on significant supply events and developments in the supply chain</span></p><p></p><p><span>INVENTORY:</span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span>       </span> </span></span></span><span>Monitoring inventory levels for assigned account(s), identifying inventory risks. </span><span>Conduct root cause analysis</span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span>       </span> </span></span></span><span>Taking actions to avoid inventory of questionable value (IQV). Facilitate dispute resolution at market/customer level</span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span>       </span> </span></span></span><span>In case of IQV and discards, taking appropriate steps according to (financial) guidelines</span></p><p></p><p><span>REPORTING:</span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span>       </span> </span></span></span><span>Taking care of and improving standard reporting (e.g. metrics regarding demand, supply, master dat
