As part of the Information Experience team, you will be the engine that powers our content strategy, transforming our vision into a scalable, efficient content operation. You will work closely with content strategists, content designers, and writers, to drive projects and initiatives that improve the discoverability, usability, and quality of content—while championing the use of AI in content workflows.

Job Description
Key responsibilities
Audience insights: Use analytics, research, and user feedback to understand audience needs and expectations.
Content KPIs: Work with leadership and content strategy to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for content quality, relevance, and effectiveness.
Content Strategy operations: Drive and support content strategy initiatives such as audits, information architecture, and governance.
Workflows: Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end content workflows, from intake to publication, governance, performance analysis, and archival.
Technology: Understand the technology stack (authoring tools, CMS, publishing systems) and the business flows it supports. Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new tools and technologies—applying an AI-first approach.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work across teams, connecting content strategy, design, writing, tools, and other teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
Project Management: Lead and project-manage content projects and initiatives targeted at improving information seeker experiences. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs, metrics, and program progress.
Industry awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and content best practices to continuously improve documentation standards and workflows.
Required skills and experience
5+ years in a content-focused role (content operations, strategy, project management, or content production).
Proven experience in developing and managing workflows for content creation and publication in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing or coordinating content programs across multiple stakeholders
Expertise in project management, content software and content management
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven—you find joy in bringing order to complexity.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with analytics tools and measuring content performance.
High technical aptitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferably, you also have some of the following:
Experience with technical documentation or B2B/SaaS environments.
Experience establishing a content operations function from the ground up.
Good understanding of structured content, content strategy, content design, information architecture, and content flows.
Familiarity with Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.
Experience with SEO principles, DAM systems, and localization workflows.
Ability to build dashboards and reports to drive decisions.
Understanding of AI and how it can be used to improve content creation and user experience

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000 - $206,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan.
