Product Manager Internship

As a Product Manager Intern at Navan, you’ll have the opportunity to fly the plane from the start. You’ll solve real, challenging problems from start to finish with the support of a dedicated mentor and manager. You’ll also participate in exclusive leadership lunch & learns, learn from the company in weekly all-hands meetings, and have the opportunity to network with cross-functional teams through our buddy matching program. Navan is looking for a product manager intern who will be working with future leaders and top performers. This role will allow you to develop skills and learn a playbook that you can use for the rest of your career. What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate across teams to integrate core and emerging technologies to solve the largest customer problems
- Deliver technical and business-critical support for our partners and customers
- Develop advanced technologies and research that goes into our products
- Strong desire to develop new ideas
- Translate business priorities into actionable, clearly communicated product stories for engineering
- Provide guidance and drive cross-functional initiatives & alignment with key partner organizations (e.g., product marketing, technical field enablement, sales specialists and specialist systems engineers)
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize inputs from our customers, prospects and partners and synthesize them into a clear and justifiable set of product requirements that will drive the development of our offering
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer-facing skill and ability to present product roadmap and lead technical discussions
- Have interned in product management, business development, marketing or similar experience
- Proficient at building strong relationships and working cross-functionally
- Strong awareness of technology trends and their potential influence
- Strong communication skills
- MBA in progress
In office requirements 3 days a week in Palo Alto, CA

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
