The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing operations and delivering strategic solutions to our clients towards business efficiency.<br/> <br/> <strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Client Engagement:</p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.</li></ul><p><strong>Strategic Planning</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct in-depth analysis of client businesses, industries, and market trends to provide informed and strategic recommendations.</li><li>Develop comprehensive business strategies that align with client goals and objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Business Process Reengineering and Robotic Process Automation</strong></p><ul><li>Leverage knowledge and experience in business processes reengineering and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to implement RPA solutions and streamline business processes.</li><li>Design strategies with our clients to address business automation inside their organizations.</li><li>Support the clients leveling up their business automation maturity.</li></ul><p><br/> <strong>Team Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring the successful execution of consulting projects.</li></ul><p><strong>Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects within scope, budget, and timeline.</li><li>Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve client satisfaction and project success.</li></ul><p><strong>Business Development</strong></p><ul><li>Identify opportunities for new business with existing clients and actively contribute to business development efforts.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in business consulting, with a focus on Business Process Modeling and Automation.</li><li>Strong team management skills.</li><li>Proactivity and autonomy is a must.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Knowledge in business processes reengineering and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).</li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
