SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band (NM-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Designing, fabricating, and installing an operation of an instrumentation system; 2) Managing and analyzing financial data related to a project/team to identify positive and negative trends; 3) Managing a team to remain on track with goals and remain within budget; 4) Relaying complex ideas to direct reports or to translate organization goals into tasks for a team to carry out; 5) Ensuring a team is using latest technologies and methodologies; and 6) Developing ways to refine processes and implementation on a broader division level.
