HR Specialist

Your Contribution

 

•    Prepares and reviews employee policy manuals and internal processes, ensuring alignment across the markets.
•    Assists in managing benefits and compensation plans.
•    Actively supports the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, ensuring they are consistently updated with reliable employee data. Helps users with relevant queries.
•    Acts as the point of contact between senior directors and internal/external stakeholders. Manages their calendars and handles queries and correspondence in a timely manner.
•    Provides administrative support to global HR projects and other initiatives as required.
•    Contributes to event planning, coordination, and CSR activities.
 

Who you are

•    University Degree in Business, Postgraduate Studies in HR would be desirable 
•    1-2 years of experience in HR administration roles, preferably in multinational companies 
•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
•    Fluent English skills, spoken and written
•    Strong communication, prioritization and organizational skills 
•    Analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to comprehend what is important and its impact in the decision-making process 
•    Works independently with minimal supervision and collaborates with others having a team oriented and positive attitude 
•    Problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills 
•    Ability to build and manage effective interpersonal relationships
