Job Description

About this job:

  • Providing administrative support to the Compliance team
  • Supporting the preparation of compliance reports for  management/Boards/Committees
  • Managing Licence Applications
  • Assisting with Fitness and Probity filings to the Central Bank of Ireland
  • Managing Know Your Customer obligations on behalf of the Company
  • Managing regulatory correspondence

Qualifications

About you:

Technical

  • Exceptional administrative ability
  • Abiltiy to manage upwards and deal with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and on own initiative

Additional

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication style
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with an ability to accurately complete high volume work in a deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, and to build strong relationships with colleagues
