• Lead and Coordinate & Problem Solving (Corrective , Detective and Preventive ) for supporting all Services in Digital Trading Management
• Lead transform All services from on Prem to Azure Cloud (DT , Vaccine, Credit Control etc.)
• Lead and Deign for Preparing Interim Solution and Suggestion long Term to Solution , Improve Process/ Application to reduce processing time and complex environment
• Consult users (MKT, Accounting, HES, SOSD and other SHOP, Engineer) When user have some problems.
• Lead and Consult team for  Monitor & Reconcile Job and Analyze abnormal data.
• Lead and Consult tema to prepare Data Maintenance when data not correct in system on user request.
• Suggestion Solution and impact analysis for new project.
• Design & Prepare Tools for helping team in reduce time to solve problem speedly such as automate dashboard about complain and Job Fault for ED Team.
• Project Management for transformation , Adhoc project from security

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or in a related field
• At least 12 - 18 years experience in telecommunication operations, managed service support, blockchain business, or any related works
• Strong analytical skills, Able to work under pressure, and Service mind
