You  will provide analytical support for the day-to-day business operations of UCLA Ambulatory Pharmacy. You will work closely with frontline staff and pharmacy management to analyze, report, and recommend actions that optimize the business operations. You will support projects that are complex in nature, requiring a high level of critical thinking and problem solving. You will assist with AR reconciliation, insurance contracting, audit of weekly claims exceptions etc. In a fast-paced and high intensity environment, you must be able to complete work independently on problems that may not have precedent and/or structure.

Annual Salary Range: $76,200.00 - 158,800.00

We’re seeking a dedicated professional with:

 

• Pharmacy technician license and/or BS in Accounting or business administration, or computer science and/or equivalent experience in retail pharmacy 
• Works all operational shifts including nights, weekends and holidays, as assigned. 
• Ability to reconcile insurance payments with third party reconciliation vendor 
• Ability to analyze billing and accounts receivable reports. Identify trends, categories of age
