Job Type: Full-Time

As the FP&A Manager, you will lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis functions to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of financial strategy, and the ability to clearly communicate complex financial insights to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

·        Maintain financial models and build quarterly rolling forecasts

·        Work with regional leadership to build detailed annual budgets and tracking tools

·        Support the preparation of periodical management reviews

·        Ad hoc financial modeling to support ‘what if’ scenarios

·        Enhance, Monitor, and Analyze KPI’s and share actionable findings with key stakeholders

·        Utilize AI, BI and MS Office tools to deliver meaningful financial reporting/dashboards to maximize business performance and drive data based decision making.

·        Work closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan

·        Communicate results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations

Requirements

Qualifications

·        7+ years of relevant FP&A experience in medium to large public companies

·        Strong P&L, business and finance acumen

·        Strong analytical and data gathering skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools

·        Strong statistical abilities with the ability to solve complex problems

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to build relationships cross functionally

·        Self-starter with a high sense of urgency to complete tasks

·        Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

·        Advanced computer software skills, including excel formulas and functions
