As the GT&I Product DNA Wave Deployment Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving local deployment activities at the local Operating Unit (OU), Region and Function level for each release wave. The release waves include capabilities such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Mechanical CAD/PDM. In this role, you will
liaise closely with Medtronic Operating Units (OUs), Regions, and Functions as well as various factions of the Product DNA team including Migration, PMO, Organizational Change Management, Training, and other teams to ensure alignment of the Product DNA program deliverables.

CAREERS THAT CHANGE LIVES
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of the Product DNA project at the local level; serve as liaison between local project management and planning, local project team, and Product DNA management and team.
- Review status of local projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare and deliver status reports.
- Monitor the project for each wave from initiation through delivery.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with the Product DNA and OU/Regional teams.
- Communicate with stakeholders and obtain stakeholder engagement to ensure the end deliverables will solve the business problems.
- Execute deliverables to assure OUs remain on track to the project plan, including role mapping, identification of local procedures needing updating, data migration, etc.
- Assist the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead at the local level.
- Adapt the Enterprise communications and engagement strategy to define the local communications and engagement plan.
- As stakeholder liaison, answer implementation readiness questions, including but not limited to local procedures redlines, training development, role mapping activities.
- Champion Product DNA in a way that engages and excites the end user community.
- Prepare and participate in Design Pilots, Usability Pilots and User Acceptan
