SUMMARY
The Mid-Level Acquisition and Data Analyst is an acquisition professional with data and strategic management experience to support the Integrated Services, Acquisition and Contract Resources Program Management Office (ACR PMO) with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in Washington DC. The Mid-Level Acquisition and Data Analyst shall be a qualified mid-level acquisition professional to support Federal acquisition tasks. They must be proficient in the practices and possess requisite skills and experience to meet acquisition, strategic management, data management requirements and assigned tasks in the Statement of Work.
Must have an active Security Clearance (DHS/CBP clearance preferable), or had a Security Clearance in the past (preferably within the last 2 years). Must be able to pass a CBP background investigation.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have an active Security Clearance (DHS/CBP clearance preferable)
5 years of experience (as a mid-level acquisition professional) supporting major Federal of DoD acquisition efforts including planning, and executing acquisition, contracting and business projects.
Ability to work onsite at the Government’s facility in Washington DC as required (no more than two (2) to three (3) days a week) and work remotely.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs a full range of office and administrative support duties including managing calendar appointments for senior Program Management Office (PMO) leaders; scheduling meetings, interviews, and conferences; evaluating requests for information, appointments, tasks, and other correspondence and coordinating responses within established deadlines.
Develop acquisition, contracting, and business requirements; drafting cost estimates; preparing, analyzing, and tracking acquisition documents including the Statement of Work, Statement of Objectives, Market Research, Independent Government Cost Estimate, Source Selection Documents, Request for Proposal, Request for Information, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Documents, Evaluation Criteria, and additional pre-award and post-award contract documents.
Prepare point papers and executive level PowerPoint briefings; have an analytical mindset with problem-solving skills; excellent communication both orally (in common English narration) and in writing; and collaboration skills. Prepares memoranda, talking points, briefing materials, reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation ensuring correct formatting, grammar, and punctuation, maintaining filing systems and ensuring adherence to Agency guidance for the retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Developing or using software tools to collect, track, analyze, and report contract data, requirements, deliverables, or business operations data.
Manage data, including data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.), and familiarity with established information system technologies and databases.
Coordinates travel logistics for PMO Directors, including securing transportation and overnight accommodations in both domestic, and overseas locations; coordinating and communicating travel agendas, including the assembly of printed material developed to assist with the individual’s and/or teams’ objectives as it relates to that travel; and helping to resolve problems related to last minute travel changes or cancellations.
