Technical Product Manager – Wound Care (d/f/m)

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Product Manager to support our Global Wound Care Product Management teams in technical and process-related marketing tasks across our product assortment. In collaboration with the Product Management teams, you will drive and execute roll-out projects to expand our Wound Care sales while managing change projects to secure existing business.

As the Technical Product Manager, you will be the competence center, providing support in maintenance tasks, including standardization and consolidation, using IT tools such as Excel, SAP, and PowerBI.

Your Role

• Implement technical aspects of Product Management tasks related to product lifecycle management and roll-out projects

• Standardize and consolidate Product Management maintenance tasks, becoming the go-to person for efficient execution

• Support the execution and follow-up of product launches

• Manage the internal Global Wound Care knowledge exchange platform

• Create monthly business reports for strategic core assortments

• Coordinate competitive benchmarking, product testing, and database management in collaboration with R&D and Laboratory teams

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent

• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in assortment and product management in relevant industries (medical devices, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals), but newcomers are welcome

• Excellent communication skills, strong team player, and high level of service orientation

• Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset with a structured working style, not shying away from complexity

• Strong technical affinity, including experience with Excel, PowerBI, and SAP

• Fluency in English (written and oral) is a must; additional languages are a plus
