About This Opportunity
We are seeking a Program Specialist II. In this role, you will support the administration of programs providing incentive funding for energy efficiency projects within the Corporate Energy Management (CEM) team. The key role of the Program Specialist is to drive the work supporting the team’s processes and systems which showcase the energy savings achieved for our corporate direct customers.

What You Will Be Doing
• Assist Program managers in the development, implementation, and management of long-term energy/decarbonization programs with large multi-site industrial clients.
• Track, report, and recommend adjustments to programs to achieve customer performance goals.
• Collaborate with other members of the CEM team to continuously improve our process to drive performance and savings at our customer sites.
• Work with our internal teams to develop elements for our existing Energy Management and Information Systems.
• Provide overall support to the program team through the development of program tools, materials and presentations, and by preparing and expediting project-related documentation.
• Assist with quality initiative efforts by identifying problems associated with data integrity, details, organization, etc.
• Manage project tracking to ensure accurate project status, auditable documentation, and ensure that projects are proceeding as planned.
• Prepare monthly project reports for both internal and external customers. This involves running database reports, analyzing the data for accuracy and completeness, reconciling inconsistencies, and inserting exported information into monthly report templates.
• Perform an administrative quality control of final engagement reports for clarity and to ensure program requirements have been met.
• Act as the SharePoint Power User and provide technical support to team members. Use SharePoint to develop solutions for data management and reporting.
• Act as the financial software team Power User and provide technical support to the team members, review-approve projects, and seek ways to improve dashboards, and reports.
• Provide support as needed for the coordination and planning of meetings, events, webinars, conference calls, etc.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position located in Portland Oregon, with ability to be in office 3 days per week.
Qualifications
Applicants for this role are required to have:
• Associates degree or higher with preference for business administration, project management, or other applicable degree
• 4+ years of relative work experience in a technically focused, customer service role
• Strong verbal and written communications with the ability to adapt to various audiences (operations to executive staff)
• Strong MS Office skills:
A successful candidate should also demonstrate these preferred characteristics and/or skills:
• Knowledge of SharePoint
• Experience in the energy industry
• Experience with data accuracy and reporting
• Experience with carbon tracking and reporting industry standards

Compensation & Benefits
The full salary range for this full-time, non-exempt position in Portland, OR is $28.42/hr (min) - $35.54/hr (mid) - $42.44/hr (max). At Cascade, transparency and fairness are core to how we work.
