Responsibilities:

• Constant development of the overall Industry 4.0 concept (focus automation) together with the management team of operations EMEA and worldwide

• Development and constant updating of investment roadmaps and CAPEX planning, as well as investment controlling

• Initiation and management of automation and technical projects (in cooperation with the operators)

• Supervision of new technologies and production process innovations

• Advancing standardization of machines, tools, other equipment and corresponding processes, especially with regards to process stability

• Personnel management and development

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering/automation technology/industrial engineering or comparable studies
• Relevant experience in production environment, especially in optimizing activities as well as successful strategy development and implementation with regards to automation and technology development
• Moderation and presentation skills as well as communication skills at different hierarchical levels
• Innovative, cross-departmental thinking as well as an analytical, structured approach, paired with implementation strength
• At the same time: team spirit, team player and flexibility in action
• Independent way of working/entrepreneurial thinking
• English- level (B2), German fluent
• Management experience is a plus
