About the role

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration project from Oracle NetSuite to Oracle Fusion / Workday Finance, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal business disruption.
  • Design, configure, and implement end-to-end Oracle Fusion or Workday Financials modules including Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Treasury.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and ensure alignment with system capabilities.
  • Perform system analysis, configuration, and testing to ensure the successful implementation of the new financial management platform.
  • Lead data migration activities, ensuring accurate and timely data transfer from Oracle NetSuite to Oracle Fusion/Workday Finance.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Fusion/Workday Finance functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct end-user training, ensuring that the client’s teams are well-equipped to utilize the new system effectively.
  • Stay up to date on Oracle Fusion and Workday Finance updates, ensuring that the organization is leveraging the most relevant and efficient features.
  • Assist in post-implementation support and optimization to ensure continued success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Oracle Finance or Workday Finance implementations.
  • At least 3-5 full-cycle end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion or Workday Financials.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion Financials, or Workday Financial Management systems.
  • Proven expertise in key financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
  • Experience in leading large-scale ERP migrations and integrations.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of data migration, financial accounting principles, and system configurations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
