We work at the intersection of the digital and physical world, and the team oversees both the consumer and merchant sides of the experience. 

About the Role

We’re looking for a design leader who will spearhead this exciting 0-to-1 space. You will report to the Head of Merchant Design on our Design team which is a part of the Product organization, and manage a team of 7-8 talented product designers. We expect this role to be hybrid, working 1-2 days a week from one of our Design hubs.

• Establish an operating model that increases the team’s effectiveness.

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.  Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.$241,400—$355,000 USD
