As a Case Developer, you must be highly organized and able to work on a varied caseload and take pride in what you do. The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic.</p> <p><strong><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Case Development is an entry level position starting at $17.50 an hour + bonus opportunity</span></em></strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>File appeals for clients in a timely manner within the parameters of Social Security Administration's deadlines</li> <li>Assist clients with questions they have regarding their paperwork and answer any other questions they may have regarding the process</li> <li>Communicate with SSA (Social Security Administration) relating to your client’s claim</li> <li>Review files for potential issues that could affect the clients claim</li> <li>Review and Prepare RFH (request for hearing) files for transfer to the legal teams</li> <li>Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required</li> <li>Manage case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney</li> <li>Maintain organized case files</li> <li>Daily interaction with existing and potential clients, both via telephone and email&nbsp;</li> <li>Work directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files</li> <li> <div class="c-message_kit__blocks c-message_kit__blocks--rich_text"> <div class="c-message__message_blocks c-message__message_blocks--rich_text" data-qa="message-text"> <div class="p-block_kit_renderer" data-qa="block-kit-renderer"> <div class="p-block_kit_renderer__block_wrapper p-block_kit_renderer__block_wrapper--first"> <div class="p-rich_text_block"> <div class="p-rich_text_section">Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business</div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualification</strong></p> <ul>
