Loan Syndicator – Infrastructure & Energy Transition

Natixis is seeking a Director level loan distribution professional to work in syndications for Real Assets & Global Trade. The position will reside within the Americas Syndicate and will focus on pricing, syndication, and structuring (from a syndication perspective) of infra/energy, aviation and global trade loans in North America. This is a client facing role within a highly active team which is integral to the asset light strategy of the bank. Several of these businesses are dominant in their respective markets and continued success is predicated on a strong distribution framework.

The salary range for this position will be between $225,000 - $275,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance

He/she/they will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Key focus on syndication of Infrastructure/Energy Transition deals (incl project finance) in North America and also provide syndication coverage of aviation, global trade mandates as required
• Develop syndication strategies and contribute to loan structuring for syndication risk mitigation
• Lead deal marketing efforts for primary and secondary distribution. Coordinate preparation of marketing materials and documentation related to syndication of transactions. Work with investors on diligence, Q+A, and transfer documentation
• Assist in testing proposed products with rating agencies / market participants and relevant legal/tax/accounting internal or external advisers.
• In conjunction with counsel, work on offering documents and legal documentation as relevant
• Work with global syndicate and sales teams to target investors as widely as possible
• Participate in relevant support to sales efforts in cooperation with research analysts and relevant distribution groups
• Prepare internal reporting materials, presentations, and management briefings as required
