The Sr. Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the health and execution of the end-to-end supply chain value stream.  This includes qualifying vendors and strategic suppliers that meet our various service, cost and technology requirements.  The role is also responsible for establishing and maintaining a rolling procurement plan that aligns to the businesses growth forecast by product line.  This will require balancing cost, inventory, and service to meet or exceed target KPIs.  The role includes direction supervision of Supply Chain department staff.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Management of the end-to-end supply chain value stream to deliver on service, cost and inventory KPIs.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Operations to establish and execute to rolling 12-month forecast.
• Decrease unit costs through improved sourcing, better contract manufacturing processes and optimized component sourcing.  
• Management and Execution of vendor/supplier performance to align with technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery and cost targets.
• Management and development of internal supply chain staff. 
• Manage in-house inventory levels to meet target inventory buffers.
• Foster close working relationships with Operations leaders to ensure inventory availability to support on-time-in-full (OTIF) KPIs.
• Continually improve on vendor and supplier portfolio to ensure best-in-class service and cost.
• Support NPI projects and associated needs from the Engineering and Technology functions 
• Develop and maintain Supply Chain Health and Performance Dashboards.
• Manage the cycle count program to assure target accuracy levels.
• Develop and maintain critical function process maps, SOPs, and associated policies.
• Assist with the administration of the Safety program. 
• All other duties as assigned. 

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Bachelors' Degree in a business related field, preferably supply chain logistics or purchasing, or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a supply chain or purchasing department.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with contract manufacturers and electrical component suppliers.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with direct supervision of supply chain and/or procurement analysts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• ASCM or APICS Certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft office with significant experience in Microsoft Excel.
