Position Summary:

Manage classified government contract programs and day-to-day operations of a cleared facility, including oversight of the personnel, information, physical, and security awareness disciplines required.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:     

•    Maintain employee in DISS, initiate investigations and re-investigations as required. 

•    Submit DISS visit requests

•    Manage Visitor Group Security Agreements (VGSA)

•    Prepare, distribute, and track all security briefings, to include annual, NATO, foreign travel, etc. and maintain appropriate records for all employees

•    Maintain both owning and servicing employees in DISS

•    Conduct self inspection audits

•    Prepare and respond to DSS required audits

•    Maintain Cyber Threat program

•    Make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions with the ability to effectively communicate information to various audiences both verbally and through written communications 

•    Interact with internal and external clients or government security officials to perform security duties

•    Address routine personnel security matters with employees regarding issues 

•    Other duties, as assigned

Education:    

•    BA or BS degree and 5 years relevant experience 

Certifications:    

•    DSS Academy FSO Course or CSSO equivalent training

Clearance:    

•    Secret Clearance Required
