Product/Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively search for investment projects and foster partnerships to secure new projects

· Prepare quotations and manage a comprehensive CRM database of all projects.Monitor sales performance, manage receivables, and track the execution of commercial contracts.

· Collaborate with investors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

· Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, including training on new products and ranges.

· Engage in direct communication with the global "Product" team and contribute to the development of new products.

· Assist in preparing catalogues, technical sheets, and marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team.

· Organize and participate in presentation events to promote and sell the company's products.

· Generate and present reports as required.

· Support customer complaint resolution in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Studies, Economics, or Commerce.

· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction market.

· Strong knowledge of the construction industry and market trends.

· Proficiency in MS Office and other business software tools.

· Valid driving license (Category B) and readiness to travel extensively.

· Fluency in Czech & English, both written and spoken.

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with a strong sense of accountability.
