Why You Will Love this Job:

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) in Glendale, WI

Under the guidance of the Director, Pricing Energy, provides pricing leadership to the Home Energy business. This position is responsible for the execution of setting pricing for all whole good products and projects sold by the Home Energy business.  This includes the collection and analysis of data to determine optimal pricing to drive increased EBITDA.  As an individual contributor, this role will work closely with the broader commercial team to share insights, collaborate on strategy, and lead multi-functional teams focused on pricing and promotion activities.

It is expected that this role will also help to drive consistency in pricing processes and capabilities across Home Energy and will work closely with their Home Energy AMPs and Power Systems North America counterparts due to the product and impact overlap. The individual will work closely with the respective business Finance, Pricing, Marketing, and Sales leaders.

As projects developing processes, tools and capabilities are completed, this role will also ensure that they are adopted and integrated into the business standard practices.

Specific Responsibilities:

Pricing project execution

Execution of strategic pricing projects and initiatives including but not limited to:

• Establishing a data-based standard template and methodology for analyzing, assessing, and approving (or rejecting) proposed promotional activities.

• Establishing data-driven, value-based relational pricing within Home Energy relating price to relative product capability versus competition.

• Price – Volume / win-rate regression analytics that take seasonal weather, such as hurricanes, into consideration

• Coach and develop the Home Energy commercial organization in all aspects of pricing.  Assist in training and development of broader pricing organization.

• Adoption of new pricing capabilities, tools, and processes

• Cross-Business unit pricing best practice sharing

Requirements:

• Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree or above.

• 5+ years or more of experience in pricing or a related field, such as analysis or strategic finance.  

 

The Salary range for this position is $88,000.00-$111,150.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
