Internship IT Digital Workplace Portal Solutions & Communication

YOUR MISSION

• Support the rollout of global IT solutions in the area of communication and portal solutions

• Manage smaller projects, in cooperation with the project lead

• Support adoption and communication campaigns for the Digital Workplace tools at PUMA

• Create training materials and “how-to” documentation

• Support on the rollout of intranet sites globally

• Drive the SharePoint community to foster knowledge exchange and educate key users at PUMA

• Perform user acceptance tests

• Execute user trainings and provide first level support for users of the Digital Workplace tools

YOUR TALENT

• All genders are welcome to apply

• Enrolled student in communication, IT, business informatics or similar

• Technical understanding and interest in communication and information sharing tools

• Team player with excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• Highly motivated  to work in a global multi-cultural team

• Organizational skills to maintain schedules in a fast-paced environment

• SharePoint knowledge is a plus

• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus

• Starting Date: 01.02.2024; duration: 6 months
