What Will You Get To Do:

Salesforce Administration (Primary):

• Own and optimize the Salesforce platform globally
• Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles
• Configure Salesforce settings and features for security and scalability
• Maintain data quality and integrity; create and manage reports and dashboards
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support, training, and best practices

Salesforce Business Analysis:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to optimize Salesforce usage
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders; define project roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions; perform testing and troubleshooting
• Employ strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salesforce Development:

• Design and develop custom applications, integrations, and enhancements within Salesforce
• Evaluate other Salesforce offerings (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Inbox), and make recommendations as appropriate for the organization
• Write and maintain Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components solutions
• Ensure customizations are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices

Salesforce Architecture:

• Develop and implement architectural solutions that align with business objectives
• Design data models, integrations, and system frameworks to ensure high performance and reliability
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to maintain a cohesive technical strategy
• Stay up to date on architectural principles, security standards, and Salesforce best practices
