General Description

 

Ensure that the money received through the various channels reaches the company's coffers for correct control and management. Minimizing deviations or impacts on cash flow, at the same time, applying those transactions to close the balances owed by clients.

 

• Responsible for creating clients.
• Application of deposits received to clients (debtors / all banks).
• Analysis of clients (debtors) with differences related to Payments.
• Application of credit notes related to clawback.
• Application of credit notes related to interconnection offset and sites.
• Application of credit notes related to offset of guaranteed deposits.
• Monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable: mobile advertising, sites, interconnection, and dealers.
• Attention to external and internal clients.

 

Requirements:

1 year of experience in similar positions, minimum.

Graduate in accounting or related fields.

Knowledge of the accounting cycle.

Knowledge of MS Dynamics and Excel- Intermediate.

Confidentiality of information, ethics, professionalism, responsibility.
