The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, onboarding & retention and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.

 

Como Cell-ebrarás

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the selection process.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates for white-collar and blue-collar roles, particularly emphasizing massive recruitment processes for industrial and engineering positions.
• Supervise developing and implementing employer branding strategies to enhance PowerCo's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Partner with Marketing, Public Relations, and other internal teams to create compelling employer branding campaigns.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding process that effectively integrates new hires into the organization, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities, PowerCo's company culture, and our expectations.
• Manage and develop a high-performing recruitment and onboarding team, providing guidance, resources, and opportunities for professional development.
• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand their hiring needs and objectives and provide recruitment and onboarding solutions that meet their requirements.

 

Lo que necesitas para CELL-ebrar

 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar. An advanced degree would be an advantage.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive, chemical, semiconductors, or pharma industries.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in the use of recruitment software and job boards.
• Solid understanding of recruitment strategies and employer branding techniques.
• Strong project management and organization skills, with experience scaling up companies and developing processes from scratch.
