Responsibilities:

1. Mobile Game Testing: Execute comprehensive testing of mobile games on various platforms (iOS and Android) to identify performance issues such as frame rate drops, glitches, crashes, and loading times.
2. Regression Testing: Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that previously reported performance issues have been addressed and resolved in new game builds.
3. Usability Testing: Evaluate the user experience, including navigation, UI responsiveness, and overall playability, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience.
4. Bug Identification and Reporting: Document and report all performance issues, glitches, and loading time problems through detailed bug reports, including steps to reproduce, device information, and severity assessment.
5. Test Documentation: Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and test plans for mobile game testing, focusing on performance aspects.
6. Device Compatibility: Test games on a wide range of mobile devices, screen resolutions, and OS versions to ensure compatibility and optimization.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and other team members to facilitate clear communication and quick issue resolution.
8. Continuous Improvement: Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve the overall performance and user experience of our games.
9. Adherence to Standards: Ensure that all testing activities follow established testing processes, quality standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in mobile game testing, with a strong focus on performance and non-functional aspects.
• Previous experience in leading a QA Engineers tea
• Strong knowledge of mobile platforms, devices, and operating systems (iOS and Android).
• Proficiency in using mobile testing tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering a flawless gaming experience to players.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and report on issues accurately.
• Prior experience with automated testing and scripting is a plus.
