Senior Product Manager - Supply Chain (Hybrid - Seattle)

Job Description

The Product Manager Senior is a key member of the Nordstrom Supply Chain Product Management team, responsible for establishing and executing against a strategic capability roadmap within the Transportation space. This role plays a critical function that ensures Nordstrom’s order fulfillment and transportation data enables an accurate customer promise as it relates to merchandise delivery via various fulfillment methods.

The Product Manager Senior will develop a strategic roadmap, in partnership with executive leadership and cross-functional teams and execute against it.  To accomplish that, the product manager will plan the product roadmap and prioritize the applicable technology backlog, lead product discovery, and measure and communicate results of the feature portfolio in production, all while ensuring stakeholder and strategic alignment. 

A day in the life…

• Develop strategic roadmap in alignment with business and technology partners  
• Evaluate competitor experiences 
• Establish and execute on tactical plans for delivery of key workstreams supporting the strategic roadmap
• Assess feature/strategy value and success metrics in partnership with finance and business teams  
• Drive feature/strategy discovery and feasibility in conjunction with cross-functional business and technology teams
• Support tactical prioritization and ensure alignment across business and technical stakeholders  
• Support requirements definition inclusive of wireframes, process flows, user stories, and other supporting artifacts  
• Define and execute on go to market strategy inclusive of UAT, Communication Strategy, Change Management Strategy, and post go live validations  
• Define, measure, and implement KPI measurement plans for product features   
• Support ongoing system health and performance by supporting key incident triage and ongoing health and maintenance initiatives

• Ability to build relationships cross-functionally with multiple teams from areas such as Analytics, Engineering and User Experience
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including presenting to various levels within a matrixed organization
• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or related experience required
