Solventum is seeking Temporary Part-Time Warehouse Helper candidates to join our team in Forest City, IA!

• Starting Pay: $23.50/hour + Shift Differentials
• Shifts: 2nd or 3rd shift (depending on shift availability)

• Ensuring your own safety by following all related policies
• Picking and packaging customer orders
• Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications
• Supporting the team when meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Using on-line reporting to document production and usage

• Having the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on shift availability
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

The starting rate of pay for this position is $23.50/hour, with the potential to reach $26.26/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
