From Your EXPERTISE to Ours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze operating and capital budgets, setting and exceeding departmental goals.
  • Review project plans to ensure compliance with schedules, costs, and quality standards.
  • Plan and manage projects for optimal space and equipment utilization.
  • Collaborate with Plant Director, maintenance, QA, safety, and other departments to align projects with plant needs.
  • Stay updated on dairy equipment and process developments.
  • Actively participate in plant management, supporting various functions as needed.
  • Maintain professionalism, encourage quality performance, and develop positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Perform design work, and feasibility studies, and ensure project compliance with standards.
  • Maintain accurate project files and address safety, ergonomic, and operational issues.
  • Interpret instructions and procedures in various formats.
  • Handle administrative duties promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and promote a safe, healthy working environment for all employees, contributing to the company's overall performance and success.

Requirements


Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience:

  • 5-7 years in managing complex projects and installations.
  • Prior food industry project management experience (dairy industry preferred).
  • Stable and dependable work history.

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Agri-food industry technology and processes.
  • Knowledge of dairy process equipment (HTST, separator, membrane systems).
  • Familiarity with FDA and USDA regulations.
  • Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Utilities, and Construction trades.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and observational skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage stress
