Please note that this is a part-time position.

 

Your Key Responsibilities: 

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Independent management of customer service (forecasting, order management, complaints, dunning, etc.) according to internal guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Timely order management using relevant system.
  • Monitoring of the order-to-cash process.
  • Proactive communication with defined customers - timely processing and reply of customer inquiries; well-structured and solution-oriented communication with the customer.
  • Close collaboration with Account Manager and STO. Act as a liaison with various departments throughout the company and be a trusted advisor to internal parties.
  • Push account topics within the organisation, raise awareness for the customers’ importance.
  • Support process improvements within Sales Operations.
  • Reporting of technical complaints and transport deviations within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Contact point for external customer service providers.
  • Strong focus on compliance topics.

 

 

What you’ll bring to the role: 
 

Essential Requirements: 

  • Education: completed bachelor’s degree or completed secondary education (HAK, HBLA) with relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Strong computer literacy, preferably experience with SAP
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Effective planning and organizational skills

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 46.305/year (on a full-time basis). 

 

In most cases, however, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
