Position Overview
Are you an experienced leader with a background with a mechanical and electrical aptitude, like to get their hands dirty, and ready to take on a pivotal role in an exciting, large-scale project? We are seeking a Project Supervisor to execute critical mechanical assembly operations with the help of a team of technicians. In this dynamic role, you will manage diverse teams, install equipment, ensure quality compliance, and play a key part in achieving ambitious production goals. Effective project control, monitoring and reporting are fundamental to being successful in the role.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of mechanized automation equipment
- Monitor and ensuring daily and weekly targets are being met
- Work with and supervise teams of mechanical, electrical and control technicians as you decommission, install and commission automation equipment.
- Drive production efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Conduct routine quality control checks to ensure all builds meet specifications and client expectations.
- Quickly address and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain compliance.
- Provide clear direction, training, and support to ensure team members follow predefined work instructions and meet delivery schedules.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment, motivating teams to excel in performance.
- Provide work status reports as required by the client and PAC leadership.
- Complete project closure reporting and lessons learned documentation.
- Work to drive continuous improvement through training and work instruction updating
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Equivalent hands-on experience in assembly or project management roles will also be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in assembly supervision or related project management roles.
- Mechanical aptitude is required, with electrical knowledge strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage multiple priorities, and ensure timely project execution.

- Proactive at addressing tasks and risks
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and best operational practices.
- Experience in equipment assembly or construction environments, managing large-scale operations.
- Previous involvement in high-volume production settings with a focus on precision and efficiency.
