Exabeam is looking for a Software Engineer - Detection Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for developing critical software on Exabeam's security cloud platform. You will take ownership of part of the features and subsystems in Exabeam's technology stack, and participate in all aspects from product definition, system architecture and continued improvements of the system's capacity and usability.

Responsibilities:

• You will develop mission-critical pieces of our Next gen cloud native applications.
• You will create features and maximize performance by building micro services using Java Spring Boot.
• You will write unit tests and integration tests for the code ensuring 85% code coverage.
• You will gain a deep understanding of how this infrastructure enables our suite of machine learning products.
• Ensure quality of technical deliverables (code, designs, documentation, unit test, guidelines, etc.).

Requirements:

• B.S. in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Strong problem-solving ability with fluency in writing Java code. 
• Experienced with strongly typed compiled language (Java, Go, etc.)
• Exposure to Linux (CentOS)
• Experienced with containerization technology (Docker)
• Great team attitude and a get stuff done mindset is a must.
• Experienced with building large scale cloud-native platforms and applications is a plus.

Bay Area Base Pay Range:

$92,000 - $115,000

• Range is reflective of base pay only
• Does not include variable pay
• Base pay is dependent on experience and may vary based on geography
