We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and champion excellence in resident-centered care.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire our nursing team to deliver outstanding resident care
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, HIPAA, and all state and federal regulations
• Oversee clinical quality measures and EMR/EHR documentation accuracy
• Direct nursing operations and coordinate effective staffing practices
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, growth, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Participate in the facility's on-call rotation

What You Bring

• Active RN license with current CPR certification
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation
• Strong knowledge of nursing administration, Medicare, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and clinical documentation review
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to coach, develop, and retain a strong nursing team
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and care planning
• A passion for serving others and improving the lives of residents and team members
