Key Duties:

• Provide direct care under PT supervision

• Monitor and document patient progress

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Follow all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Associate degree from accredited PTA program

• Valid CA PTA license

• CPR certification

• SNF or rehab experience preferred
