Supervisor/Chief Technologist, Cath Lab | Full-Time

Description

Works in conjunction with the Director of Cardiovascular Services to ensure the successful initiation and continued growth of the interventional vascular program in the Cardiovascular Lab. Assists with daily operations of the Lab by performing supervisory duties. Has full access to patient information.

Cath Lab Supervisor Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements

• Certification as a Cardiovascular Technician or licensed Registered Nurse in North Carolina required. 
• At least 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience including interventional experience.
• ACLS certification.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time.  
• Ability to list patients with assistance or with assistive devices. Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Ability to wear lead apron.
• Ability to respond appropriately in emergency situations. Must be able to perform CPR.
