About the role

This is a remote position.

  • Provide B2C and B2B customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with hotel, flight, and activity bookings, reservations, and inquiries.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions professionally.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication.

    Requirements

  • At least 1 year in a customer/partner-facing role.
  • B2 level or above in German and English.
  • Willing to work in shifts (7 AM – 10 PM Cairo time), including weekends and public holidays.
