The Challenge

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join Qualtrics’ Procurement team as Strategic Procurement Programs Leader.  As the Strategic Procurement Programs Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing strategic procurement initiatives and programs that drive efficiencies and cost savings across the organization.

Expectations for Success

• Lead the development and execution of procurement strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Continuously evaluate market trends and industry best practices to enhance the procurement function’s effectiveness.

• Develop procurement strategies and roadmaps to support business growth, cost reduction targets, and operational excellence.

• Identify opportunities to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency through strategic sourcing, supplier consolidation, contract negotiations and process improvements.

• Monitor and analyze key procurement metrics to measure performance and identify areas of improvement.

• Fostering effective cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and drive successful procurement outcomes.

• Partnering with Category Managers to create strategy and drive projects to completion

• Provide leadership support, mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

• Manage all M&A activities including developing cross-functional M&A integration processes

• Assist Head of Global Travel & Procurement with special projects

Qualifications & Requirements 

• Bachelors degree in business administration supply chain management, or related field.

• 10+ years proven experience Procurement/Strategic Sourcing and digital transformation

• Demonstrated experience in driving cost savings and process efficiencies

• Deeply skilled in data analytics and data driven recommendations 

• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and influence business as well as functional partners 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills internally and externally at all levels

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Project management skills including the ability to manage priorities and workflow

• Proficiency in procurement software, systems and processes
