Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and efficient manner

• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, determining the cause of the problem, and offering appropriate solutions

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution

• Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate them to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role
