Senior Product Manager

The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of real estate and design solutions. Candidates should have a strong background in product management, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a desire to work on projects that shape industry standards and capture public attention.

The Difference You’ll Make:

As Senior Product Manager, you’d be working closely with our engineers, designers, data scientists, and operations teams to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our key product initiatives. By identifying and prioritizing new product initiatives you’ll increase user value, drive business growth, and significantly impact the success of our company. Your expertise and contribution will help propel us further in shaping the future of our environment and the building data industry.

A Typical Day:

The first step is understanding the needs of our users and identifying market opportunities. This will allow you to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with our goals and objectives. You'll lead a world-class team to ensure the successful delivery of our products while measuring their success against defined goals.

Throughout the day, you'll continuously monitor and analyze data and user feedback, using these insights to generate innovative ideas for the next iteration of our product offerings. You'll communicate plans and progress to senior management and key stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged.

Collaboration is essential in this role, and you'll work closely with product teams and cross-functional partners such as finance, marketing, operations, and customer experience. By building alignment across these teams and with the leadership and executive team, you'll contribute to the overall success and growth of Integrated Projects.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading product development efforts, ideally at the intersection of commercial real estate, proptech, and data analytics..
• Strong understanding of product development processes and product management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong ChatGPT prompt skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, computer science, or business.
• Solid experience with project management tools like Airtable, Notion, etc.
• Ability to operate independently and drive their own agenda, but also work well with the team and partners throughout the organization.
• Ability to perform complex strategic analysis.
• Knowledge of tools including: R, GIS/Geographic Data, SQL, Data Visualization tools, Excel
