Senior Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager for our IT team.

Duties

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including executives, product owners, and technical leads, to define program objectives and success criteria.
• Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively to achieve program milestones.
• Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage program budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
• Monitor program progress, analyze data, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT Program Management experience is required.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience at USPTO
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud computing.
• Needs to be a US Citizen due to working with government entities.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
