Your new job includes

As part of the Digital Product Development team, you will be responsible for the customer-centric development of our app experiences. With creative freedom, you will take responsibility for our hybrid iOS and Android apps. You will actively drive our app strategy and will be in close exchange with other teams such as our web team. Thanks to your technical understanding, you prepare requirements optimally for your team. In particular, you will

• be responsible for the complete product development process - from product discovery ("do the right things") to delivery ("do things right")
• act as an interface between UX, IT & Business and you always keep the strings in your hand 
• validate hypotheses as early as possible and ensure the highest possible added value considering the effort required 
• be the point of contact for prioritizing requirements as well as the product backlog
• create structured roadmaps and a structured product backlog based on market research, insights and high-level stakeholder requirements
• keep an eye on current trends and design a digital product from innovative ideas

Preferred Profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of economics / engineering / computer science or a comparable education with relevant professional experience, ideally in a retail company
• Several years of professional experience as a product owner app in a start-up, an agency, a management consultancy or a product-oriented company
• Conceptual ability as well as curiosity paired with an analytical mindset
• Extensive experience in the field of mobile apps for iOS & Android
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and enjoy bringing together different perspectives as well as a "hands-on" mentality
