Location: Dion’s Commissary - 4595 San Mateo Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 | Full-Time: 40 or more hours per week | Pay: Exempt (salary), $65,000 - $80,000 | Schedule: The schedule is primarily Monday-Friday, with a rotating Saturday once per month. As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly, leading a team that supports our restaurants’ success every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Warehouse Oversight: Maintaining the efficiency of our Commissary Warehouse, ensuring products flow seamlessly from vendors to stores.
• Team Leadership: Managing and motivating a diverse team of warehouse receivers, loaders, sanitation staff, and drivers, creating a positive and productive work environment.
• Quality Assurance: Enforcing top-tier safety and quality standards to ensure every product meets our high expectations.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels to meet production and delivery requirements.
• Billing and Documentation: Keeping accurate records, including vendor billing and daily receiving documentation, and coordinating with the commissary admin.
• Staff Development: Hiring, training, and developing team members, providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and creating growth opportunities.
• Backup Support: Covering shifts and duties as needed, ensuring continuous operations.
• Warehouse Organization and Compliance: Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment that complies with FDA and local health regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Previous experience in warehouse management or a related role.
• Forklift and OSHA 10 certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 75 pounds).
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
• Energetic with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Note: This position is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test, physical, and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review.
