Summary
As Internal DCIO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of our Defined Contribution Investment Only (DCIO) business. Your responsibilities will include ensuring consistent follow-up with top DCIO advisors, providing necessary comparisons, and collaborating with the Investment Specialists Team to create essential resources. You will assist in managing pipelines, opportunities, and other reports, as well as help schedule meetings and prospect for new opportunities.
In this role, you will report to the Business Development Manager, but closely support Regional Investment Consultants in cultivating DCIO opportunities, work with other Business Development Analysts to identify top DC targets using internal data and conduct joint calls to help BDAs develop their own DC relationships. Field travel with clients to support their business and collaboration with marketing and compliance to create new external content will also be key aspects of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure consistent follow-up with top DCIO advisors (teams with DC assets actively engaging with us).
Provide comparisons when needed and collaborate with Investment Specialists Team to create necessary resources.
Assist in managing pipeline/opportunities and other reports.
Help with scheduling meetings and prospecting.
Support Regional Investment Consultants in Cultivating DCIO Opportunities.
Work with other Business Development Analysts to identify top DC targets using internal data.
Conduct joint calls with BDAs to help them learn and cultivate their own DC relationships.
Travel in the field with clients to support their business when warranted.
Collaborate with marketing and compliance to create new external content.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Series 7 and Series 63 strongly preferred or obtain within (3) months of hire.
3-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a DCIO-related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Technologically savvy with a strong command of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial, exhibit creativity, and is comfortable working within a highly regulated environment.
Team player with positive attitude and ability to adapt to the changing environment of a firm focused on growth.
Knowledge of Salesforce preferred, but it’s not mandatory.
