Head Youth Sports Coach

What we are looking for!

• Someone looking for supplemental income with a consistent schedule
• Head soccer coaches for weekdays with availability Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm
• Head soccer coaches for weekends with availability Saturday or Sunday from 9am-3pm
• At least one day of weekend availability is a requirement (Saturday or Sunday)
• Experience working with children with learning, developmental, or physical disabilities is a plus
• Experience working with 1-2 year olds is a plus
• Experience playing soccer, basketball, football, volleyball and/or tennis is a plus

What to expect!

• Part time Salary for 15 hours per week, $450/per week, $1800 per month
• Immediate scheduling to shadow coaches and attend trainings
• Scheduling based on your availability
• Consistent communication and support from our operations and coaching staff

Candidates are recommended to be fully vaccinated upon commencing employment, subject to legally required exemptions. Legal exemptions include but are not limited to, medical condition, disability or sincerely-held religious belief; some regions may require full vaccination upon hiring due to state specific mandates. Proof of vaccination in those states will be required, and will be requested in the other regions.

Requirements

What makes you a great fit?

• You would describe yourself as passionate, responsible, coachable, committed, and flexible
• You have at least 2 years of previous experience as a soccer coach, camp counselor, teacher, babysitter or any early childhood or educational experience; acting and performing arts experience a plus
• You typically have consistent availability, especially on weekends
• You enjoy learning and supporting others in their own growth and development
• You are able to effectively communicate, especially questions, comments and concerns
• You have access to reliable transportation, as we have classes at various parks, schools, and private locations
• You are able to adhere to all COVID-19 safety policies
