Multi Property Sales Manager (m/f/d)

As a Sales Manager, you’ll manage your own portfolio of clients from the DACH region, overseeing two of our Munich properties with a total of 596 hotel rooms and 9 event spaces. A dynamic role in direct sales awaits you – offering plenty of independence and exciting opportunities for growth!

Your role will include:

• Account management of existing clients
• New customer acquisition in the MICE & Corporate sectors
• Negotiating contracts and handling RFPs
• Organising and executing sales activities
• Telephone marketing, client visits, and property tours
• Identifying new or existing markets/customers

What we’re looking for:

• At least two years of experience in proactive sales
• A friendly and approachable personality
• Excellent communication skills and exceptional negotiation abilities
• Strong sense of teamwork and responsibility
• High motivation and a structured approach to work
• Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written)
