Headquartered in New York City, it’s raised over $400M from investors like Accel and Tiger Global.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <p>As an Accounting Manager, you’ll own core accounting operations while helping us scale processes in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You’ll work closely with leadership and play a key role in building a strong financial foundation.&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Manage the month-end close and reporting process to ensure an accurate and timely close.</li> <li>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, with a strong focus on process improvement, scalability, and automation.</li> <li>Assist in the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of internal controls and accounting policies.</li> <li>Support the year-end financial audit and work directly with external auditors to ensure a smooth, timely audit process.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally to support special projects, ad-hoc reporting, and financial analysis requests.</li> <li>Help identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen the overall accounting infrastructure.</li> <li>Act as a hands-on contributor in a lean team environment where priorities can shift quickly.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred or in progress).</li> <li>4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience (mix of public accounting and/or high-growth startup experience strongly preferred).</li> <li>Solid understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.</li> <li>Experience managing or supporting month-end close processes in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting tools (NetSuite experience is a plus).</li> <li>Exposure to audit processes and working directly with external auditors.</li> <li>Experience in improving or building accounting processes, controls, or automation is a strong plus.</li> <li>Fintech or other high-growth industry experience is a bonus.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Public is an equal employment opportunity employer to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type.&nbsp; We celebrate people of all race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, veteran status, s
