Our NIGHTWING group is looking for a DOW Lead, who will perform a key leadership role in identifying, aligning and driving key NIGHTWING growth areas.

• Advance NW’s understanding of DoW Cyber components, missions, and needs

• Understand NW’s portfolio of cyber products and other solutions and map alignment to DoW gaps

• Support Account Executives in identifying opportunities for bid that align to the above

• Support IRAD development to ensure NW capabilities evolve with mission needs

• Provide content development support for competitive and sole source proposal efforts; support white papers and selling “left of requirements”

• Support CTO, CEO, CGO in identifying customers for executive level visits

• Support program execution as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience

• Demonstrate customer knowledge and appreciation to deliver innovation that furthers National Security Missions for the U.S Government, specifically the US Intelligence Community and DoD.

• Deep US Intelligence Community and DoD intimacy and mission knowledge

• Ability to drive collaboration across multiple P&L's, functions and businesses within NIGHTWING, to drive collective performance across the entire NIGHTWING business

• Proactive leader with a strong operational history of growing a high technology business while also managing multiple pursuits, capturing substantial market share, and yielding significant expansion

• Well established customer networks with senior leaders throughout the military, government, and intelligence community.

• Active Top Secret Clearance
